[AI Image Inspection Case] Tape Dimension Inspection

Samples for simple verification have arrived from the electronic component manufacturer. We will determine the length of the adhesive tape applied. We have a track record of providing support for over 1,000 cases and are developing inspection software that is easy to integrate and sold as a one-time purchase. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using the "Dimension Angle Inspection" function of EasyInspector, we inspected the length of the tape wrapped around the wiring cover. Since the tape is slightly brighter than the wiring cover, we darkened the background and used a setting to search for the bright position from the dark positions on both sides of the inspection frame. The length of the tape was 40mm, so we set the "Correct Dimension Value" to 40 in the "Dimension Conversion Value Setting." We set the "X Direction" in the "Pass/Fail Judgment and Acceptance Range" to 38<42. The tolerance can be set here. This means that if the length is detected as 38mm or less, or 42mm or more, it will be judged as a failure. We set the "Edge Detection Sensitivity" to 50 and the "Sharpness of Target Edge" to 04. By making fine adjustments here, we can perform the inspection.
